Our postal charges will be shown at checkout.

We aim to dispatch your order within two working days (subject to availability.The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the goods will only pass to you on delivery, provided we have received full payment.

Terms & Conditions for Returns

You may return your order at any time up to 14 days after receiving the goods by notifying us in writing either by post to: Natura Trading  263 – 1857 west 4th ave , Vancouver, BC V6J 1M4, or by email to: aromainfo@naturatrading.ca

All goods must be returned, unopened, unused and in their original packaging and in saleable condition, at your expense. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we may not be able to accept their return or issue a refund. Otherwise, we will refund the full purchase price including the delivery charges for sending the goods to you to the card you originally used for the purchase.

We will refund the full purchase price to the card you originally used for the purchase, including the delivery charges for sending the goods to you. We recommend using recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for returns that fail to reach us.

Goods returned by you because of a genuine defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the goods to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the goods to us.

Goods returned that are not the result of an error on our part or not deemed to have a genuine defect, will be refunded, excluding the cost incurred by you, in returning the goods to us.

Terms & Conditions for Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order please email aromainfo@naturatradiong.ca  This must be done before the order is packed or dispatched to you, however if your order has already been dispatched, please return the goods for refund, you will be responsible for any postage costs incurred.

By exercising your right to cancel you are required to return the goods to Natura Trading, if you fail to return the goods, Natura Trading reserve the right to retrieve the goods from you and deduct any costs incurred by us.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Delivery

Natura Trading  will not be held liable for any loss caused by you incorrectly entering your address into the website or, if following notification by Canada Post you fail to collect the goods.  We will not be liable for goods that are left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Natura Trading  will be not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you, through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
